**If you have not set your permanent password, you will not have a secret question established. Go back to the main login screen and use the temporary password previously provided, or contact us at eAccessNY@dos.ny.gov to have a new temporary password e-mailed to you. Once you logon with the temporary password, you will be prompted to establish a secret question. When e-mailing, please include your full name and license number.
