| SIXTH: The time limit for service of a Notice of Claim upon the public corporation is: September 13TH, 2019. I have repeatedly sending emails to Judy Richards,
at judy.richards@ocfsl.state.ny.us and other staff member. I filed a complaint due to the lack of leadership that the Office of Children and Family Services has provided to the general public(namely myself Ebony Love)which is evident by the fact that Myra Townes an ACS worker illegally interaction with me. |
| SEVENTH: Any statutory provisions uniquely pertaining to the public corporation and the commencement of an action or proceeding against it are as follows: Myra Townes who is an ACS worker initiate illegal contact with me in September 2018. Her contact with me was made under the color of law which is crime and also a federal civil rights violation. Myra Townes did not operate alone because before Townes initiated contact with me her own lawyer under the color of law in August 2018 sent me several emails indicating that my children's foster parent was being investigated for excessive corporal punishment. At the time I received the emails I was due to begin my case in chief and I had already personally cross examined all of the petitioners witnesses and the Honorable Judge Margaret Morgan had requested on March 13th, 2018 that the petitioner resolve the case outside of her court room. As a result the previous attorney Steven Mitzrahi had resigned and the Petitioner desperately tried to sabotage my case through Aliza Rappel its new attorney by formulating a scheme to contact me. I was not aware initially that it was a scheme until I mentioned in court that Rappel had contacted me with this information by email and that is when The Petitioner/Rappel accused me of being caller to the State Registry. I immediately became suspicious and realized that there was never a caller and that Myra Townes was abusing power and trying to formulate more severe allegations against me. She was unsuccessful because I immediately began emailing her while cc'ing staff members from the Office of Children and Family Services regarding the fact that she had launched a fake unauthorized investigation and that I had been denied the due process of being contacted appropriately. I should have only been contacted if a call was actually made to the State Central Registry of the office of Children and Family Services in Albany,NY. Although I will admit that the entire fake investigation was never mentioned again it does not justify the fact that the Office of Children and Family Services has provided no leadership in regards to the actions of the entities it is providing Federal and State Funding too. I have lost my right to due process due to the lack of insight of operations and procedure that the Office of Children and Family Services has. The Office of Children and Family Services did not assign Myra Townes she just illegally tried to strengthen her case through false last minute accusation over a year after the Petitioner rested its case in chief and previous lawyer resigned. I am seeking Justice Seeking Justice, Monetary Relief and much needed documented regulated systematic changes. |
