| SIXTH: The time limit for service of a Notice of Claim upon the public corporation is: Any and all persons claiming an interest in the organization or the estate thereof, shall make themselves known and will forthwith return and transmit to the Secured Party / Bailor a detailed list of all bonds, sureties, indemnification, and insurance, and full accounting relating in any way to any related actor’s personal or professional involvement who by unwarranted acts, fraudulently claim authority , through the unwarranted presentation of the arrogated paperwork. |
| SEVENTH: Any statutory provisions uniquely pertaining to the public corporation and the commencement of an action or proceeding against it are as follows: This Notice, Praecipe and Resignation of Registered Agent is presented for filing and shall constitute a public deed record presented for filing. Whereas, certain facts have become known to the Secured Party, specifically and particularly the creation of the corporate fiction/debtor/ens legis, debtor/bailee, the EZEKIEL ABDEL RAHMAN TRUST, d/b/a EZEKIEL ABDEL RAHMAN©, also known as the VALERY LAFLEUR (hereinafter, collectively, the EZEKIEL ABDEL RAHMAN, Trust/Estate), a NEW YORK STATE Registered Organization, [Organizational ID: ***-**-9572] as a state agency, as evidenced by the mark, token, proof called a Certificate of Live Birth, [Certificate No: 156-73-104429], registered on the 22nd of February, 1973. Said Certificate being a public record showing the organization was created and that it exists. This is an Actual and Constructive Notice, the Secured Party / Bailor, Ezekiel Abdel of the family Rahman, a man in full life, Native (Indigenous) American National; non-citizen / non-resident, transient foreigner to the STATE OF NEW YORK, the UNITED STATES, and all agencies, instrumentalities, franchises and political subdivisions thereof. The Secured Party / Bailor, Ezekiel Abdel of the family Rahman is not within the fictional boundaries, territories nor jurisdiction of any fictional entity including fictional Federal geometric plane(s), and will no longer accept service of process as registered agent to demands and/or notices addressed to the EZEKIEL ABDEL RAHMAN©, DEBTOR/BAILEE. The Secured Party / Bailor, Ezekiel Abdel of the family Rahman hereby revokes, repudiates waives and rejects any benefits, privileges, duties or obligations, expressed, implied or otherwise arising from any such signatures, from all resulting contracts, agreements, things, or trust; as evidenced in fact by the Secretary of State, according to him/her, authority grants truth by his/her witness to this Security List: NYS UCC File No(s): 201603208106930, 201603208106942 and 201603208106954.
